The shuttle rack system is one of the high density storage rack systems composed of shelves, trolleys and forklifts. Cold storage shelves are a kind of shuttle car shelves. The special shelf for cold storage we use is basically a shuttle car racking system. This efficient storage method is to improve the utilization of warehouse space and bring customers new storage options!

working principle:

Inventories: The goods are placed on the forefront of the rackway guiderail by forklift trucks.

The WAP-1 shuttle operated by radio remote control can carry the pallet cargo on the guide rail;

· Pickup: The WAP-1 shuttle moves the pallets deep in the rack to the front of the rack and removes the pallets from the rack with a forklift;

· Mobile WAP-1 Shuttle: The shuttle can be placed in different lanes through a forklift. Multiple lanes can share a WAP-1 shuttle. The number of WAP-1 shuttles is determined by a combination of factors such as roadway depth, total cargo volume, shipment volume, and frequency of shipments; the solution for this warehouse consists of trolley pallet racks with a certain number of racks and trolleys. The system consists of pallet storage, transportation and storage. Space utilization rate of more than 80%!
