Narrow laneway shelves are one type of storage shelves, because the forklift handling lanes of the racking system are narrow compared to narrow laneways or narrow-aisle shelves.

The main body of the racking system is a beam-type racking system. The difference is that the “three-way stacking forklift” is installed on the floor of the rack. The rails are conventionally using unequal angles. The material handling forklift is limited to a dedicated "three-way stacker truck." A three-way stacker skids along a given guide rail. The width of the stacking channel of the racking system is slightly greater than the width of the palletized cargo, and high density storage requirements are achieved. At the same time, it inherited all the advantages of the beam racking system, and all the materials contained in the racking system are 100% optional. The forklift can store any pallet goods at any time. Fast storage efficiency, very high storage density, brings significant productivity and cost-effectiveness to storage and logistics centers that are suitable for narrow-aisle shelving systems.

Features:

 

1).The channel is much narrower than the general beam type, about 1600mm-2000mm, which greatly improves the space utilization of the warehouse.

2).This rack needs to be equipped with a special forklift - a three-way stacker, which is another of its characteristics.

3).Due to the narrow passageway, there is a requirement for the skill of the forklift's master, driving skills are more familiar, and the usual work must be careful.

4).After the installation of the narrow lane type rack, there are about 200mm rails (guide rails can be done well in civil construction, and can also be done with a good guard plate when installing the racks) as the guide system for forklift trucks, reducing forklift drivers due to human factors on the shelf The danger generated is lower than the driver's requirement for driving in rack.
