Selective pallet rack is also called beam rack. It often come out to be heavy duty type and is the most conventional rack. Pallet rack can both store multi-variety goods with small quantity and also unified goods with big quantity. Pallet rack is widely used in high warehouses.

Pallet rack mainly consist of upright, beam and related accessories, like upright protector, frame barrier, pallet support bar, pallet stop beam, loading panel etc.

*Decking: Put some deckings on the beam, so that can store some boxes and pieces items on them.

*Pallet support bar:50*30*1.5 tube or 60*40*1.5 tube material, maybe some pallets size is very small, we can put some pallets on the pallet support bar so that small pallets can’t drop from the beam.

*U shaped upright protector and L shaped upright protector: when a forklift enter the aisle, it can protect the upright and prevent the upright been cracked up.

*Upright splice: If the upright height more than 11850mm and has exceed 40ft container length, so we will use the upright splice and spliced two short uprights.

*Frame barrier:Dia75mm, T2.5 round pipe material, when a forklift enter the aisle, it can protect the frame and prevent the frame been broken.

*Row spacer:50*30*1.5 tube material. Connecting back-to-back shelves together, enhance the overall stability. Similar structure is also applied to connect single racks to wall.

*Pallet back stopper:Back stoppers are mainly used for pallets limited，especially in high forklift work which can effectively guarantee the safety of the operations.

*Base plates: It will connects upright base.
