1.Introduction:

When we put some pallets on the box beam, maybe we don’t need to use decking, we can use pallet support bar on the beam. If we put some pieces goods or items on the racks, we should put some decking on the beam. If the beam is step beam, we can design the steel decking for our customer and put the steel decking on the step beam. So that we could put some pieces goods on the steel decking.

Our step beam size specifications are :50*30*25*1.5, 60*40*28*1.5, 80*50*28*1.5, 110*50*32*1.5mm and so on.

Our box step beam size specifications are :80*50*40, 100*50*40, 120*50*40, 140*50*40mm.

For steel panel, we can do powder coated and Galvanized according to our customer’s request. Usually it should have supports under the decking. T0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm. So the decking height are 25mm, 28mm, 40mm.

Flushing decking and wire mesh decking

If the beam is tube beam or box beam, we can design the flushing decking and wire mesh decking for our customers. Tube beam size specifications are :50*30*1.5mm, 60*40*1.5mm, 80*40*1.5mm, 100*50*1.5mm.

Box beam size specifications are : Face 40mm box beam: 80*40,100*40, 120*40, 140*40mm

Face 50mm box beam: 80*50, 90*50, 100*50, 110*50, 120*50, 130*50, 140*50, 160*50, 180*50mm.

Flushing decking size is W200*frame depth, W300* frame depth, Usually T1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm. We don’t design the supports under the flushing decking.

Wire mesh decking, wire is 4.0, 4.5, 5.0mm. Mesh is 50*50*, 50*100, we also design the supports under the wire mesh decking, T1.5, 2.0 and so on.
